Trevor Stevens, our Club Treasurer, Membership Secretary (and probably member for the longest time) is 80 today.

If you were with the club pre MemberMojo you will remember the days when Trevor personally hand delivered membership updates to your door meaning we got to have a tennis chat at the same time.

A member for at least 30 years, he has a strong sporting background having been a mid-fielder playing decent level football in his younger days, team tennis for Deddington then taking things a bit easier with Banbury Bowls Club.

Trevor moved to Banbury in the late 1980’s when his company relocated. He was Company Secretary – a perfect background for the voluntary club work he does now.

Off the sports field, Trevor has varied hobbies and interests including watching football, growing vegetables and making jam and marmalade whilst keeping the mind active with Suduko and Crossword Puzzles.

I’m sure you all join me in wishing a wonderful birthday and hoping to see Trevor back at the Club soon.
